I decided to test my Pimm’s cocktail recipe for Friday’s gathering for the opening ceremonies in London. I poured 1 shot Bombay Sapphire gin and 1 shot Pimm’s over ice and topped it with ginger beer. It was a great drink on a hot summer day!
